<li>Orders with payment received before 12:00 noon are usually shipped out on the same business day (Monday to Friday), else it will be processed on next business day. Delivery time varies amongst the delivery partners, kindly allow 1-3 business days for delivery task to complete.</li>
<li>Local shipping fees are as stated in the shopping cart. Price may vary based on the weight / dimension of the product.</li>

<p><strong>Exchanges, Return &amp; Refund Policy</strong></p>

<p>JJ BULB SUPPLY is committed to manufacture &amp; deliver quality products to your satisfaction. In any case of dissatisfaction with any item that was purchased due to workmanship or material defects, customer may opt to send it back to us with the Original Packaging within 7 days upon reception. However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund nor return will not be entitled for this. Meanwhile, to enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the item, customer should ensure that the item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the item, must be returned to us in the condition received by customer on delivery. We will recommend customer to take a photo of the item upon receipt.</p>

<li>JJ BULB SUPPLY will replace the defect product or item with similar value. Otherwise will refund full amount for the product by online banking.</li>
<li>All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, in a completely unaltered state by hand / mail / courier service. We do not accept opened or used merchandise. For opened merchandise, kindly contact customer service before sending back.</li>
<li>JJ BULB SUPPLY will take the responsible for damage item caused by courier services.</li>
<li>Refund of purchase in cash form is not possible.</li>
<li>We will review on case by case basis for any exchanges or return within 7 days of receipt.</li>
<li>Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 5 business days for further instructions. Please let us know the item you like to have in exchanged. In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping and make sure we send the correct items to you. Once your return is received and inspected by us, your exchange will be processed.</li>
